Deep wall crack needs further evaluation

In this picture, you can see a diagonal wall crack stemming from a door frame. It's hard to see in this picture, but the crack is quite wide and actually penetrates thru to the other side of the wall/door frame. The other side has been patched and has cracked again. If my buyer were buying this home, I would recommend having a structural engineer inspect this crack and the home for any sort of movement / more than allowable settling.

This picture shows what is most likely a foundation repair. The difference in the concrete indicates that a trench was dug up around the perimeter of the foundation to install a waterproofing system. Seeing this doesn't necessarily mean you should exclude this home immediately, but it's definitely something worth exploring more to make sure there aren't any present foundation leaks or issues.

While I am not a native Georgian, I have lived in Atlanta since 1991. I was born and raised in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, then relocated halfway across the world when my family decided to open a business here in the United States. I have lived in the Atlanta metro area since coming to the States and know the area like the back of my hand.

I have been licensed and selling Real Estate for over 10 years, and absolutely love my job! I truly enjoy working with people in the quest to sell their current home or purchase the perfect new home they´ve been dreaming of. When I first started my Real Estate career, I worked with one of the highest-producing teams at the largest real estate office in the state of Georgia. While I worked there, I was mentored by an incredible team of successful agents on the "P´s and Q´s" of real estate. It was a wonderful learning experience for me, and ultimately helped me become the dedicated, understanding, and knowledgeable agent that I am today.

In the next phase of my real estate career, I had the opportunity to work on a Management Team for another large real estate firm. Here I was able to work closely with both management and the agents on training and contract processing. Another wonderful experience for me; I was able to learn more about the business side to real estate and how there is more than just selling!

Now with Keller Williams and once again selling real estate full time, I couldn´t be happier! I love the Keller Williams "Culture" of honesty, integrity, and a win-win situation at all times. It is a fantastic company, and growing every day. I have incredible support from my office and I´m thrilled to be a part of the Select Partners Market Center.

I currently reside in North Metro Atlanta with my husband, son and two dogs -- Rocky and Lola. Rocky is a Boston Terrier and Lola (we think) is an American Bulldog / Boxer mix. She favors both breeds and as a rescue dog we´re not quite sure of her exact breed. I am proud to be the third child in a family of twelve kids!! Four biological and eight adopted through Cobb County DFACS. My adopted siblings are all under the age of 11 and there are 3 sets of twins!! The children are near and dear to my heart and I can´t imagine what life was like before them!
